Terms of service

These terms cover your use of the Redminer Studios client portal at portal.redminerstudios.com (“the portal”), run by Redminer Studios (“we”, “the studio”). By signing in you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

Access

• The portal is invite-only. You sign in with the Google account whose email address the studio invited.
• Keep that account secure and don’t share access. Tell us straight away at pratyush@redminerstudios.com if you think someone else has used it.
• The studio can add or remove access at any time, for example when a project ends or someone leaves your business.

What the portal is for

Viewing and downloading your invoices, contracts and documents, reading and editing notes shared with you, and telling the studio about payments you have made. Please don’t try to access anything you weren’t given access to, interfere with the portal, scrape it with automated tools, or upload anything unlawful or harmful.

Your content

You remain responsible for what you add (shared notes, payment details, uploaded files). You allow the studio to store and process it to run the portal and our work together.

Invoices, payments and contracts

• The portal shows documents from your engagement with the studio. The terms of that work are set by your agreement and invoices, not by these portal terms.
• Marking an invoice as paid tells the studio a payment is on its way. An invoice is settled once the studio confirms the money has arrived.
• Signed PDFs can be checked on the portal’s verification page. Download copies of anything you need for your own records.

Availability

We work to keep the portal available and accurate, but it is provided “as is” and may sometimes be unavailable or change. If something looks wrong, contact us and the studio’s records will be checked.

Liability

As far as the law allows, the studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the portal, and its total liability relating to the portal is limited to the fees you paid the studio for the work concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending access

You can stop using the portal at any time. Records of past work are kept as described in the privacy policy.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and significant changes are emailed to portal users. Questions: pratyush@redminerstudios.com.
